WHIP is teaming up with the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA) for a fun evening of real estate networking, neighborhood connections, and giving back to our community!
We’re bringing together housing providers, real estate professionals, builders, developers, and industry leaders for a casual evening at Spiteful Brewing.
No presentations or formal agenda. Just good people, great conversations, and the opportunity to get to know your neighbors in the industry.
Whether you’re looking to make new business connections, exchange ideas, or catch up with familiar faces, we want you in the room. We believe some of the best opportunities start with a simple conversation.

Networking for a Good Cause
EUBA has a longstanding tradition of giving back to the community, and this year, we’re proud to join them in supporting Senn High School.
Together, we’re working toward a $5,000 fundraising goal to benefit the school. The initiative also includes a Day of Service, with WHIP Vice President Rachel Bierma sharing her expertise by providing financial literacy education to Senn students.
It’s a great opportunity to strengthen our professional community while investing in the next generation.
