These young adults will be venturing out on their own soon. Whether they are attending a four year college, or are on a different career path; these topics will be relevant to them soon! Everyone needs a place to live.

Our presentation will cover:

• Rental application process
• Credit score
• Pet restrictions
• Cosigners
• Utilities
• Budgets

We also discuss Real Estate as a potential career including: the construction trades, brokerage, and being a local landlord–which do not necessarily require a 4 year degree.

Your presentation will be performed by a WHIP board member along
with another real estate professional who will add their experience to
the discussion.
